Does the gift card have an expiry date?
Yes, the gift card is valid for at least 1 year from purchase. After six months, we send the recipient an automatic reminder.
When does the 5-business-day clock start?
The clock starts when the recipient has submitted the form and we have all required information — including logo, business description, list of services, and contact details. If the form arrives incomplete, we'll get in touch about what's missing, and the clock starts only when that information arrives. This way our 5-day promise is anchored to the recipient's action — once the form is filled and complete, the clock starts.
Can I gift the gift card to a company, not a person?
Yes. The gift card is neutral between individuals and companies. The redemption form can be filled by a contact person on behalf of the company.
What happens if the recipient doesn't redeem the card?
The card is valid for a year. If it isn't redeemed within that time, it expires. A refund at this stage is not possible (you agree to the terms at the time of purchase).
Who owns the finished website?
The customer — the person who redeemed the gift card, filled out the form, and approved the site. Copyright transfers when the site is published. The customer can later modify the site themselves or move it to another provider.
Do I really get the domain for myself?
Yes. The domain is registered in the customer's name (not Navik OÜ). The first year is included in the price. After that the customer pays the renewal directly to the registrar (we'll send instructions).
What happens after a year, when hosting ends?
We offer maintenance packages (annual hosting + support) — pricing depends on scope. We send a reminder 2 months before the end. The customer is also free to move to another host.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. Your only job (as the buyer) is to purchase the gift card. The recipient fills out a short form (20–25 fields, ~15 min). All the technical work — domain, SSL, hosting — is on us.
What if I want to change the site later?
After the site is launched, you can order changes at €40/hour (minimum 30 min = €20). Email veeb@navik.ee. Alternatively: you can also make changes yourself — the site is standard HTML/CSS.
What is your refund policy?
If we cannot deliver the service due to unsuitable content from the customer or other valid reason, we refund €79. In other cases: service starts immediately after payment is received and the customer waives the 14-day right of withdrawal (Estonian Law of Obligations § 53⁸ paragraph 2 point 3).
How can you do this so cheaply?
We use modern AI tools that speed up the design and coding process. The result is just as high quality as a traditional web agency — only faster and cheaper. Every site is reviewed by hand by a person before being sent to the customer.
